Track Deleted Issues App
Getting Started
Using Track Deleted Issues app you can know when and who deleted your issues.
After installation, Track Deleted Issues app will start tracking deleted issues in your Jira and if an issue is deleted, it will be stored in our system for further reference.
App Usage
1. Track Deleted Issues
Jira admins can use this app and they can reach all the deleted issues from the admin page: “Track Deleted Issues”.
2. Search Deleted Issues
When you click on the “Search” button issue key, summary, deleted user, date information are displayed in a list view. You can sort the list by clicking on the title of the each column.
3. Filter Deleted Issues
You can filter deleted issues by project, deleted by or deletion date.
4. Delete Issues Permanently
You can delete the issue permanently by clicking on Delete link under the “Actions“ column.
